Position: Industrial Design Director (Location: Shenzhen, China)
Responsibilities:
1.Major driver of overall product vision, strategy and delivery, defining and promoting design principles, fostering a true customer-centered design process;
2.Build upon and lead our global design team, developing clear, measurable goals for the design team, encouraging creative thinking and innovation, and account for them to executive leadership;
3.Responsible for developing best-in-class industrial design in a fast-paced environment, leading the design team to work closely with engineering, product management, marketing, and sales to successfully drive design from early stage concepts to launch;
4.Manage the budget, resource allocation and workflow for Global Design;
5.Build respect and credibility with stakeholders, direct reports, other management, and executives;
6.Clearly and persuasively communicate, specify, and describe design concepts, solutions, and needs to senior executives.
Qualification requirement:
1.An undergraduate degree in industrial design or product design, 10+ year working experience in consumer electronics industrial design, fluent in English;
2.Proven success within the consumer electronics field, especially mobile phone industry;
3.Outstanding capability for creating design innovation that challenges the status quo with new ideas that create significant business value;
4.Proven ability to lead design initiatives and effectively execute programs across highly diversified global organizations;
5.Demonstrated problem analysis and resolution, outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Position: CMF Director (Location: Shenzhen, China)
Job Descriptions:
- Lead CMF team to manage Color, Material and Finish for all the Alcatel projects;
-Output creative strategy of CMF, introduce new idea of CMF and execute them;
-Provide color proposals and follow color version of each product;
-Design research for trendy, fashion and new material investigation;
Requirements:
-10 years experience in ID and CMF ;
-Excellent English communication and presentation skill;
-Photoshop 2D rendering, 3D rendering, product planning skill, familiar with production process,
-Good sense in fashion, trendy and advance research.

Position: Product Marketing Manager (Location: Shenzhen, China)
Job description:
1.Work on value propositions for mobile phone products, for international markets
2.Work on product positioning and marketing concepts around the products
3.Development of product marketing tools (presentations, sales trainings, posters, catalogues…)
4.Brief to graphic designers, internal or to agency, with development follow up
5.Communication with R&D teams for project development follow up
6.Communication with sales and marketing teams worldwide for sales training, and marketing information
Requirements:
1.University degree with marketing or advertising specialty (bachelor or master)
2.Fluent English, spoken and written; Native speaker preferred
3.Knowledge of international markets styles and requirements
4.5 years minimum experience in marketing &/or advertising.
5.Experience in mobile phone industry not mandatory but would be a plus
6.Knowledge and usage of various applications for mobile phones highly appreciated (Social Networking, messaging, e-mail, android….)
7.Strong creativity skills to get marketing ideas and develop presentations and other tools
8.Strong organization skills for project follow up and communication
9.Autonomy and leadership will be highly valued
